Privacy Policy
How personal data is processed and protected in the Dripply app.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how information of users of the Dripply mobile application (the “App”) is processed and protected.
1.2. The data controller and party responsible for processing is REZRAF LTD (the “Company”, “we”).
1.3. This Policy applies to all data processed through use of the App. By installing and using the App you confirm that you have read this Policy.
1.4. The App is designed around data minimisation: no user accounts are created, no advertising is shown, and no third-party analytics are used.
2. Definitions
- Personal data — information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Processing — any operation performed on data, including collection, storage, alteration, use, and deletion.
- Data subject — the user of the App.
- iCloud — Apple's cloud service used for synchronisation.
3. Categories of data processed
3.1. Water intake entries: volume, date and time, beverage type, and entry source. Processed solely to display statistics and progress.
3.2. Daily goal and its change history.
3.3. Apple Health data (only with your explicit permission): writing water to the Health app and reading body weight to estimate a goal. Health data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.
3.4. Purchase information: whether an active subscription or a one-time purchase exists. Processed by Apple; the Company receives only a premium-active flag without identifying details.
3.5. The Company does not process your name, email address, phone number, payment details, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
4. Legal bases for processing
- performance of a contract — providing the App's features (sections 3.1–3.3);
- explicit consent — Apple Health processing and enabling iCloud sync (section 3.3);
- legitimate interest — keeping the App operational and secure.
5. Storage and synchronisation
5.1. Data is stored on the user's device. With sync enabled it is placed in the private CloudKit database of your Apple account.
5.2. The Company operates no servers holding user data and has no technical means of reading the contents of entries.
5.3. Transfer between the device and iCloud is performed by Apple over secure channels and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
6. Disclosure to third parties
6.1. The Company does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
6.2. Payment processing is performed solely by Apple Inc. within the App Store; the Company receives no payment data.
6.3. Disclosure is possible only pursuant to a lawful request from a competent public authority, in accordance with applicable procedure.
7. Retention
7.1. Data is retained until the user deletes it.
7.2. Deleting an entry in the App deletes the corresponding record from iCloud.
7.3. Complete deletion is achieved by deleting the App and Dripply's data in iCloud settings. On request to support@1323.world, the Company assists with deletion.
8. Data subject rights
8.1. You have the right to: obtain information about the processing of your data; request its rectification, restriction, or erasure; withdraw consent to processing; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8.2. Requests are sent to support@1323.world and are handled within 30 days.
8.3. Because data is stored on the user's device and in the user's iCloud account, much of this can be exercised directly in the App and in iOS settings.
9. Children
The App is not intended to collect data from children and collects no personal data from anyone, including persons under 17. If you become aware of any such provision, notify support@1323.world and we will take steps to erase it.
10. Security
10.1. Organisational and technical measures are applied, including on-device data isolation and the use of Apple's secure synchronisation mechanisms.
10.2. The Company applies no proprietary encryption algorithms and uses only the platform's standard security mechanisms.
11. Changes to this Policy
11.1. The Company may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at dripply.proactivecam.workers.dev/en/privacy.
11.2. Material changes take effect upon publication of a new version bearing its effective date.
