Technical support and reference information for the app.

1. About the app

Dripply is a water intake tracker for iPhone. Features: a daily progress ring, one-tap logging, day-by-day history, widgets, a Live Activity, and optional Apple Health integration. Only water counts by default.

The app is distributed through the App Store. The operator and rights holder is REZRAF LTD.

2. Requirements

• An iPhone running iOS 18.0 or later.
• Signed in to iCloud for sync.
• Health access granted in iOS settings for Apple Health integration.

3. Logging water

Adding an entry

Tap a preset on the main screen. The ring and totals update immediately. Tap Undo in the toast to revert.

Editing or deleting an entry

In the History tab, swipe a row right to edit or left to delete. Deletion requires confirmation.

Why only water counts

Only water counts by default so the figure stays accurate. Change this under Settings → “What counts”.

4. Daily goal

Set the goal under Settings → “Daily goal”. Changing the goal never rewrites earlier entries. With Apple Health connected, the app can suggest a goal from body weight (30 ml per kilogram); this is a reference figure, not medical advice.

5. Data and sync

Entries are stored on your device. With iCloud enabled they sync through the private CloudKit database of your Apple account. The Company has no access to the contents of your entries. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

To delete data: delete an entry in the app, or delete the app and Dripply's data in iCloud settings.

6. Widgets and Live Activity

Widgets and the Live Activity refresh on the system's schedule; only a tap on the widget's “+250 ml” button updates them immediately. After reinstalling the app, add the widget again. These features require an active subscription or a one-time purchase.

7. Subscription and purchases

Manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dripply. Restore purchases on the Premium screen or in the app's Settings. Payment and renewal terms are set out in the Terms of Use.

8. Contacting support

For questions about the app, purchases, or data processing, write to support@1323.world. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of the issue; this speeds up resolution. Typical response time is up to two business days.
